What makes the Sleep Again Pillow System different?

Good sleep after surgery isn't just about comfort — it's about healing. The Sleep Again System is the only full-body positioning system designed to deliver both.

You won't roll over.

If you're a natural side sleeper, the idea of staying on your back all night sounds impossible. The Sleep Again Pillow System makes it effortless — two contoured side pillows cradle both sides of your body, keeping you gently in place so you stay exactly where you need to be, all night long. No willpower required.

You'll actually sleep.

Recovery is exhausting enough without a terrible night's rest making it worse. The Sleep Again Pillow System is designed to be genuinely comfortable — not just functional. Soft, supportive, and cozy enough that customers regularly say they never want to stop sleeping in it.

Elevation isn't optional. It's the whole point.

Doctors recommend sleeping elevated after surgery for a reason — it reduces swelling, improves circulation, and speeds recovery. But a stack of regular pillows can't hold the right angle all night. The Sleep Again Pillow System's upper body wedge and leg support wedge work together to maintain the exact incline your body needs, from the moment you fall asleep to the moment you wake up.

Five pieces. One system. Here's how it works.

Upper Body Wedge
The foundation of your recovery sleep. This wide, supportive wedge elevates your upper body to the incline your doctor ordered — reducing swelling, improving circulation, and making it easier to get in and out of bed on your own.

Leg Support Wedge
Your legs need support too. Gently elevating your legs reduces lower body swelling, takes pressure off your spine, and works in tandem with the upper body wedge to keep your whole body in alignment. And if you need more upper body elevation, this wedge doubles as an extra lift for your back and shoulders.

Two Contoured Side Pillows
Your built-in guardrails. These wrap around both sides of your body to keep you comfortably on your back all night — no rolling, no adjusting, no waking up in the wrong position.

Head Pillow
Comfort where it counts. Sits at the top of your wedge to support your head naturally, so you're not stacking regular pillows or waking up stiff.

What Are You Recovering From?

Mastectomy or Breast Surgery

After breast surgery, your body needs upper body elevation, arm support, and side barriers — all at once. The Sleep Again Pillow System was literally designed for this. It keeps you gently elevated, supported on both sides, and comfortable enough to actually rest.

Tummy Tuck, BBL, or Cosmetic Surgery

Cosmetic surgery recovery comes with strict sleeping requirements — and very little margin for error. The Sleep Again Pillow System keeps your upper body elevated, your sides supported, and your body exactly where your surgeon needs it, so you can protect your results while you heal.

Shoulder, Hip, or Orthopedic Surgery

Orthopedic recovery means managing pain, swelling, and pressure all at once — often while trying not to move the wrong way in your sleep. The Sleep Again Pillow System keeps your body gently elevated and supported on all sides, so you're not fighting your sleep position on top of everything else.

Heart or Abdominal Surgery

After heart or abdominal surgery, upper body elevation isn't optional — it's essential for reducing swelling and protecting your incision. The Sleep Again Pillow System holds that incline firmly all night, without the pillow-stacking that shifts and collapses by 2am.

Sleep Apnea or Acid Reflux

Both conditions get significantly worse when you're flat on your back. The Sleep Again Pillow System's upper body wedge keeps you at a gentle, sustained incline all night — reducing nighttime symptoms without the discomfort of propping yourself up with a tower of regular pillows.

Fibromyalgia or Chronic Pain

When your whole body aches, your sleep surface matters more than most people realize. The Sleep Again Pillow System's full-body support takes pressure off sensitive areas, cradles you from all sides, and helps you stay in a comfortable position long enough to actually get restorative rest.

Just Want Better Sleep

You don't need a medical reason to sleep better. The Sleep Again Pillow System's full-body support eliminates the tossing, the pillow-adjusting, and the waking up sore — so you actually get the rest you keep telling yourself you'll prioritize.
