Your Questions Answered

Can I use my HSA/FSA account to purchase my Sleep Again Pillow System?

The Sleep Again Pillow System is covered by most HSA and FSA plans. HSA cards may be used directly on our site for purchase; for FSA plans please complete account forms and submit them to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you have specific questions about your coverage, please contact your plan administrator.

Will my insurance cover the cost of the Sleep Again Pillow System?

The Sleep Again Pillow System is not currently covered by private insurance plans. If you have an HSA or FSA plan, the Sleep Again Pillow system is a qualified expenditure for most plans.

What is included in my Sleep Again Pillow System?

Every Sleep Again Pillow System comes with five pillows: two contoured side pillows, upper back wedge, leg support wedge, and head pillow. Every piece comes with a removable, washable slipcover.

How wide are the individual wedges?

Our wedges are 30 inches wide versus the standard wedge width of 24 inches wide.

Can I purchase additional slipcovers?

At this time we are not offering slipcovers sold separately.

When will my order ship? How long will it take to receive?

Your order will ship approximately 1-2 business days after purchase. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. Shipping times are approximately 5-8 days after the order has been processed.

What are my shipping options?

We offer a flat economy shipping rate of $39 to anywhere in the lower 48 states.

What is your return policy?

We guarantee the quality of your Sleep Again Pillow System. If your system arrives damaged, please contact us with documentation so we can exchange it. Due to the Sleep Again Pillow System being a bedding product, all sales are final. Federal regulations prohibit the resale of used bedding products. Therefore, no returns are accepted outside of an exchange due to damage.

Why is it better to sleep on my back after surgery?

Doctors recommend sleeping on your back post-mastectomy - and many other surgeries! - to manage surgical drains and dressings. Sleeping on your back helps you to heal optimally and protects incisions from excess pressure.

How can I stay on my back if I'm naturally a side sleeper?

Providing support on both sides of your body is the key to staying on your back while sleeping. The two contoured side pillows in the Sleep Again Pillow System are designed to do just that - provide support to keep you snugly in place.

Why does my upper body have to stay elevated after surgery?

Doctors recommend that you sleep with your upper body elevated after surgery to reduce swelling and bruising. It also improves circulation and reduces fluid build up. In addition, elevating your upper body makes getting out of bed easier.

Why does a wedge under my knees help after surgery?

Elevating your legs after surgery helps prevent swelling. A wedge pillow under your knees can also help with proper alignment in your back.

What arm limitations are recommended after a double mastectomy?

Following a double mastectomy, doctors recommend that you do not raise your arms above your shoulders. This is to protect incisions and sutures as well as keep drains in place.
