Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy if you receive a defective product. If your system arrives damaged, please contact us with documentation within 30 days to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange due to damage, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to show how the product is defective with pictures and or proof of the product arriving defective.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange process, you can contact us at rachel@sleepagainpillows.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the Sleep Again Pillow System being a bedding product, all sales are final. Federal regulations prohibit the resale of used bedding products. Therefore, no returns are accepted outside of an exchange due to damage.


Replacement timing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange. We will will deal with each situation on a case by case basis.
