NEW! The BBL Add On Set allows the Sleep Again Pillow System to be used for Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) recovery. When sleeping after a BBL, you must avoid putting any pressure on your buttocks for at least 4 to 6 weeks to protect the newly transferred cells. The BBL Add On Set includes two wedges to customize your Sleep Again Pillow System specifically for BBL recovery. Set includes:

  • One extra wide wedge to double-stack under your knees and fully elevate your lower buttocks
  • One cushioned back wedge to lift the upper buttocks and remove pressure around the hip area

Please note: the BBL Add On Set is sold separately from the Sleep Again Pillow System

What makes the Sleep Again Pillow System & BBL Add On different?

Good sleep after surgery isn't just about comfort — it's about healing. The Sleep Again System and its BBL Add On Set are the only post-surgical pillows designed specifically to support BBL recovery during sleep.

A woman lies comfortably in bed, propped up by pillows, with a beige knitted blanket covering her and her hands resting on her stomach. She appears relaxed, and natural light enters through the window behind her.

You won't roll over.

If you're a natural side sleeper, the idea of staying on your back all night sounds impossible. The Sleep Again Pillow System makes it effortless — two contoured side pillows cradle both sides of your body, keeping you gently in place so you stay exactly where you need to be, all night long. No willpower required.

A woman with dark hair is lying on a bed, propped up by a large white body pillow. She appears to be resting or sleeping, wearing a black outfit. A potted plant is visible in the background.

You'll actually sleep.

Recovery is exhausting enough without a terrible night's rest making it worse. The Sleep Again Pillow System is designed to be genuinely comfortable — not just functional. Soft, supportive, and cozy enough that customers regularly say they never want to stop sleeping in it.

A man reclines in bed against a wedge pillow, covered by a yellow and white striped blanket, and reads a magazine. The room is bright with light coming through the window blinds.

Elevation isn't optional. It's the whole point.

Doctors recommend sleeping elevated after surgery for a reason — it reduces swelling, improves circulation, and speeds recovery. But a stack of regular pillows can't hold the right angle all night. The Sleep Again Pillow System's upper body wedge and leg support wedge work together to maintain the exact incline your body needs, from the moment you fall asleep to the moment you wake up.

The BBL Add On Set includes two white foam wedge pillows placed side by side on a white background—perfect for Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) recovery, with the larger wedge on the left and the smaller one on the right.

Protect Your BBL Results

A Brazilian Butt Lift transfers living fat cells to your buttocks — and for those cells to survive, they need blood supply, not compression. Your surgeon's instructions are non-negotiable for a reason: sleeping with any pressure on your buttocks for the first four to six weeks can directly compromise your results.

The BBL Add-On Set is built for that window. Two precision wedges reconfigure the Sleep Again Pillow System to fully suspend your buttocks so you stay in the correct position all night without fighting your own sleep. You've already invested in the results. This protects them.

Five pieces. One system. Here's how it works.

Upper Body Wedge
The foundation of your recovery sleep. This wide, supportive wedge elevates your upper body to the incline your doctor ordered — reducing swelling, improving circulation, and making it easier to get in and out of bed on your own.

Leg Support Wedge
Your legs need support too. Gently elevating your legs reduces lower body swelling, takes pressure off your spine, and works in tandem with the upper body wedge to keep your whole body in alignment. And if you need more upper body elevation, this wedge doubles as an extra lift for your back and shoulders.

Two Contoured Side Pillows
Your built-in guardrails. These wrap around both sides of your body to keep you comfortably on your back all night — no rolling, no adjusting, no waking up in the wrong position.

Head Pillow
Comfort where it counts. Sits at the top of your wedge to support your head naturally, so you're not stacking regular pillows or waking up stiff.

BBL Add On set (sold separately)

Two precision wedges reconfigure the Sleep Again Pillow System to fully suspend your buttocks off the mattress so you stay in the correct position all night without fighting your own sleep.

The BBL Add On Set includes a white U-shaped body pillow with an attached cylindrical neck pillow, placed atop two wedge-shaped cushions. All pieces are covered in soft white fabric—ideal for BBL recovery.
Fat transfer survival depends on zero pressure during recovery.

Your BFF for BBL

The BBL Add-On Set adds two wedges to the Sleep Again Pillow System. Together, they do the work while you rest — protecting your investment through every hour of sleep.

Designed by Someone Who Needed It

The Sleep Again Pillow System wasn't invented in a boardroom. It was created by a breast cancer survivor who couldn't find anything that actually worked for post-surgical sleep.

Today the system is doctor-recommended and trusted by thousands of patients recovering from surgeries of all kinds. Because good sleep isn't a luxury during recovery. It's part of how you heal.

Setting Up Your System

Using the Sleep Again Pillow System is easy! But since there are a few different ways to use the system, we've put together these videos to demonstrate all the options.

Your Questions Answered

Why can't I sleep on my back normally after BBL surgery?

Standard back sleeping places direct pressure on the buttocks - the exact area where fat grafting was performed and where blood supply to the newly transferred fat cells is being established. Pressure during this critical healing window can reduce the survival rate of grafted fat cells and affect your final results. The goal is true pressure-free back sleeping, which requires a positioning system that keeps your body stable and prevents unconscious rolling throughout the night.
