An Update on Tariffs

Due to the recent increase in tariffs, the cost to bring the Sleep Again Pillow System into the United States just increased by a considerable amount.

We understand the tariff situation is very confusing, for us as well, so we wanted to share a breakdown of the current tariffs: 

12% base duty

+ Additional 10% tax (updated October 2025)

+ Additional 10% duty imposed in April 2025

Total = 32% in tariffs

We will to continue to offer our quality post surgical pillow system without increasing prices and will absorb the cost of duties and tariffs.
